Cana Communities Incorporated

Cana's mission is to provide holistic care and support to the most marginalized people in our community. They might be homeless, suffering from mental & or physical ill health, addiction or they may have been recently released from prison. Cana offers emergency overnight accommodation, transitional homes, workplace education and training as well as a farm in Sydney's west to which they can retreat.
