Camera Story is a charitable organisation that champions positive photography, based in the Kimberley region of Western Australia. Camera Story is dedicated to the emancipation of women from economic and social dependency. Through the development of practical commercial and creative photographic skills, Camera Story works alongside Kimberley based First Nation s women to recognise talent, develop creative confidence and support opportunities for economic freedom. Believing this work to be relevant, timely and culturally appropriate, Camera Story is working toward creating a self sustaining economic model in the Kimberley region.
