Cairns Christian Ministers Network Inc

We provide regular (usually monthly) opportunities for Christian leaders in the Cairns area to meet together to build relationship and, therefore, unity between the churches and Christian organisations in the region. In the reporting period, we held a lunch for Christian leaders, inviting the Mayor and Councillors to encourage them and assure them of the support of the Christian community. We facilitated a Leadership Conference, coordinated a number of combined church prayer meetings through the year, and held a community Christmas carols event. We support and facilitate the ongoing ministry of Christian Religious Instruction in local state schools and the invaluable work of Cairns Street Chaplains Inc. in the Safe Night Precinct of Cairns.
