CARE provides financial counselling and capability, community education and consumer law services to people on low to moderate income who are experiencing financial difficulties. CARE also provides no interest Community Loans to people on low income including a program to assist people impacted by domestic and family violence to purchase items such as rental bonds, essential household items and vehicle related costs.
