We developed online resources for the Business Resource Efficiency Program and new initiatives, like the Action Learning Factory. These programs contributed to BALT s mission to advance education by delivering action learning programs across workplaces, education institutions, and the community. Business Resource Efficiency Program (BREP) Through the Business Resource Efficiency Program, BALT provided structured, accessible online learning materials that helped businesses integrate sustainable practices into their operations. By offering resources on process improvement, waste reduction, and efficiency strategies, BALT facilitated workplace learning and skills development. The program supported participants in developing practical problemsolving capabilities while addressing realworld business challenges. This initiative ensured that more businesses, including small enterprises with limited training budgets, could access industryrelevant education remotely. The Action Learning Factory BALT s Action Learning Factory took an innovative approach by combining workplacebased training with realworld production. The Factory provided handson vocational training by engaging participants in the manufacturing of Seagull 60 wind generators, equipping them with practical skills in a real work environment .
