Bundaberg Friendly Society Medical Institute Limited

The Friendly Society Private Hospital (FSPH) is a 142 bed notforprofit private hospital located in Bundaberg, Queensland. During the 2023/2024 financial year the FSPH treated over 17,000 patients and performed 9,000 surgical procedures. Specialist services offered include cardiac, intensive and coronary care, oncology, orthopedic, vascular, ear nose and throat, and other surgical/medical specialties. The FSPH is a vital part of medical services provided to the community of Bundaberg and the Wide Bay. If it were not for the work done at the FSPH, many of the patients would have to travel to metropolitan centres for treatment since the services are not offered by any other local health facility.
