The Buddhist Discussion Centre (Upwey) Ltd conducts an ongoing program of religious activities. These include running regular online and onsite classes and courses to teach how Buddhist learning and practice supports personal happiness, security and wellbeing. We conduct fundraising activities to support our organisation and raise funds for a Buddhist orphanage in Bangladesh. We contribute our services to the wider community through our work assisting the Victorian Untied Nations Day of Vesak which helps to bring Victoria's ethnic communities of Asian origins together in cooperation and friendship. These activities enable our organisation to fulfill its mission to introduce a philosophy of life based on Buddha Dhamma Teachings, and to encourage the study, practice and realisation of Buddha Dhamma.
