The 20th apprentice completed their apprenticeship in early 2020, thus achieving our principal object of the Association. During 2024 we continued our drive to further upskill those 20 apprentices. The BTA Program recommenced in Q2 2023 with a specialist designed recruitment process targeted at attracting female candidates for Electrical Apprenticeships. We had 1 new apprenticeship successfully start in 2023 and finish in 2024 and we had another new apprenticeship successfully start in 2024.
