Boneham Aged Care was established to provide accommodation and services for aged and disabled members of the community. We aim to provide a warm, welcoming environment for residents and foster a continued connecting with the wider community. We are passionate about our residents lifestyles and strive to assist them to maintain their favorite pastimes, whilst encouraging them to experience new activities and form new friendships.
