Bloss - Riverina Pregnancy & Baby Loss Support Inc

Our mission is to support for bereaved parents and families who have lost a baby through miscarriage, stillbirth or neonatal loss. We provided local information, linkages and peer support. We held support activities including mother s & father s day support activities, Remembrance Walk, Peer Support coffee groups, and provided care packs to hospitals and individuals/families. Bloss is delivering a program in collaboration with Stellar Therapies to provide counselling and case management support. This enables the parents to access up to 10 support sessions and to be supported with counselling and connection to other supports required. The sessions are fully funded by Bloss with a social worker who is trained in the area of grief and loss of infants. Bloss has also provided Healing Workshops to support the grief and loss journey of families. This has provided a faciliated and safe environment with clinical support to support paretns. We have successfully connected with families to link with peer support, local services and clinical support to empower them to access support to assist to manage their grief journey and provide them with the tools and strategies to maintain relationships, engage with community and promote their health, wellbeing and healing. Our charity supports bereaved parents and families by delivering seamless, personcentred care through counselling, peer support, commemorative events, and practical assistance, ensuring no one navigates baby loss alone. By strengthening partnerships with hospitals, medical services, community organisations, and local businesses, we expand referral pathways and embed ourselves as the central point for support in the Riverina. We raise awareness and advocate at local, regional, and national levels to ensure the needs of bereaved families are recognised and understood. Strong governance, financial sustainability, data systems, and clear communication further enhance our capacity to deliver reliable, compassionate services aligned with our mission and longterm vision.
