Binar Futures LTD

2024 saw Binar achieve some significant milestones in a number of key strategies. We received confirmation that the State Government would contribute significant funding toward our planned Binar Community Hub. We initiated / plannned / resourced and executed the Binar Health Embassy to complement our regional engagement programs and add the important dimension of health checks to our activity list. During 2024 Binar's volunteer medical team of doctors, nurses and educators triaged 1323 young people through the Binar Health Embassy in an educational and diagnostics. Our mission is to empower young Aboriginal people to shoot for the stars and we have effectively created platforms of collaboration and cooperation, pathways to excellence, provided educational assistance in a culturally secure environment. Our growth (both in metro and regionally) in engagement is a function of the relevance we bring to the kids in providing positive mentors and role models with genuine pathways and opportunities. The additional of the Binar Health Embassy was highly appreciated by each community and is now a permanent fixture of our regional activities as well as a planned NAIDOC basketball event for 2025.
