We launched the Community Well Social Sector Wellbeing and Resilience Hub which includes resources and support for social sector organisations to better support the employees and volunteers (social sector workforce). We met with state and Federal Government to advocate for social sector wellbeing We spoke at events with partners and sector leaders/peak bodies to promote the importance of workplace wellbeing in the social sector We delivered our second placebased program to upskill 100+ social sector organisations in workplace wellbeing, psychosocial hazards, and trauma prevention with a particular focus on disaster prevention/recovery and entrenched disadvantage areas We delivered a range of online learnings and training to support charities seeking information on strengthening their organisations We continued to undertake further research to undertake the barriers facing social sector organisations in prioritising workplace wellbeing and mental health We continue to partner with philanthropic foundations to provide organisational strengthening supports to not for profits, charities and social enterprises.
