In 2024 Discovery Science and Technology Centre continued to deliver on our mission to inspire and nurture scientific curiosity. We did this in our center and through online STEM workshops, provided free of charge to regional, remote and rural schools across Victoria thanks to support from the Department of Education and Training. We also ran incursions to schools across Victoria and ran our Science Centre, delivering STEM literacy in for students, teachers and families. We worked to break down barriers to STEM education for regional and historically disadvantaged groups through programs such as girls in STEM and Curious kids in the Library.
