We delivered programs and services that were responsive to identified needs, relieved disadvantage and promoted inclusiveness and participation. Our programs included: social support & justice, advocacy, education, community lunches, health advancement programs, referral services, employment support and training and family support programs. Our focus was on working with people who are identified as vulnerable within the community and people who experience issues that prevent them from engaging and participating in life activities (primarily people from refugee backgrounds, people with disabilities, people on low incomes, single parents and older people).
