We have two streams of benevolent support. We offfer employment opportunities for Karen refugess. We currently have approx 50 Karen refugees on staff and 2 of these staff members are in middle management positions. This business provides the employment opportunities and is continuing to grow. Profits from this business and our op shop sales support the main purpose of our charity, and that is homeless services. We are continually developing our homeless services model to ensure it meets the growing need of people requiring our help. Our model of service delivery is widely supported by the community and we now have other organisations using our space to provide other wrap around services for those that are homeless. Our service consists of food and beverages, laundry facilities, showers, storage for personal items, advocacy and emergency supply of food. We are currently in a temporary location until approx. early October 2025 whilst our building is refurbished to ensure it is fit for purpose.
