We support the operations of a Perthwide inclusive community building network, through which we empower local residents to tackle social isolation and loneliness by connecting people in their local community. Our work further tackles social isolation, loneliness and social exclusion through training, capacitybuilding and consulting engagements with local councils, community organisations and businesses.
