Beaucare s mission is to maximise opportunities for the quality of life of those who live in the Scenic Rim and strengthening the communities we serve. In order to do this, Beaucare provides place based human services and social infrastructure programs to the communities of the Scenic Rim LGA. These services include: In Home Aged Care services to keep people over the age of 65 living in independent residential circumstances, and wherever possible in their own homes: Domestic Support services Home Maintenance services Allied Health services Flexible Respite Individual Support Group Supports Mobility, fitness and strength groups Clinical Health supports Disability Support services to meet the needs of our clients with approved NDIS plans and supports to those living with disability who do not receive individualised funding. Community Support services to meet the needs of our rapidly growing and changing communities: Generalist Counselling Youth supports Family support Domestic and family violence prevention Drug & Alcohol counselling Sexual Abuse counselling Group Assessment, referral and intake services Financial counselling Emergency relief Dignity Bathroom for homeless community members Child Care support for community members to run Family Day Care Schemes in their own homes and provision for eligible families of in home child care. During the 2023/24 FY Beaucare supported our clients to improve their quality of life with 473,415 hours of supports provided.
