We provided 'Positive Mental Health' for adults programs, to support them managing symptoms of adverse mental health and educate them on skills to moderate their mental health, as well as develop mental strength for ongoing mental health management. For more information see: https://www.beunstoppablefoundation.org/unstoppablekids These positive psychology and positive mental health based programs have serviced individuals (adults and children) witnessing or suffering from adverse mental health including stress illness, anxiety and depression, resulting from a crisis or challenging life circumstances, educating them with treatment and prevention measures to mental health problems and cultivating positive mental health and mental strength for lifelong prevention of these symptoms and the ability to experience wellbeing.
