About Bayside Glen Eira Kingston Llen Inc
BGKLLEN aims to support young people to leave school with the confidence, connections and experience to thrive in both work and life. We achieve impact through the provision of targeted, placebased services and resources to vulnerable students. In partnership with supportive employers, industry networks and our schools, we broker industry immersion and work placements for students to boost their confidence, civic participation and selfefficiency. We also deliver workshops to boost young people's communication skills and social capital. In 2024 we delivered our 9th At Risk Forum, which builds capacity and provides networking's to youth practitioners, mental health workers, teachers, Youth Resources Officer at Police and more. We also work closely with Special Schools and Flexible Learning Schools and tailor our services to meet the needs of a specific cohort. In 2024 we continued to provide Yarning Circles to practitioners to increase their ability to foster a culturally safe space for Indigenous Young People.
