Babinda Rsl Sub Branch

The Babinda RSL SubBranch is predominantly concerned with the welfare and wellbeing of veterans and their dependents. Due to the demographics of the local area, our subbranch deals mostly with older veterans (Vietnam War, Gulf War and Peacekeepers). The SubBranch's activities include mutual support, breaking of social isolation and assistance with pension entitlements and related matters. The SubBranch carries out commemorative activities including ANZAC Day, Remembrance Day, Vietnam Veterans Day, and other appropriate occasions including commemorative activities in the community and, in particular, schools and colleges.
