Avenue Neighbourhood House At Eley Inc.

Based in Blackburn South in the City of Whitehorse, Avenue Neighbourhood House is a Registered Training Organisation which also offers childcare and a range of educational, social, and recreational programs. These programs cater primarily for disadvantaged people, families, and older adults. We operate on the principles of community development, which include empowerment and support to become self determining, working to establish a just society and building a harmonious community which respects diverse backgrounds. Our Mission is to provide opportunities for equitable community engagement through social, recreational, and learning activities. Our Vision is to provide a safe place where everyone is empowered through lifelong learning, wellbeing, and connecting with others.
