We continued operating our Advocacy Hotline helping members and the public to protect their rights and dignity while engaging with the welfare system. This year, our campaigning and advocacy zeroed in on the issue of providers payslip harassment a feature of the outsourced employment services system since its inception, and the most common complaint our team received in 2024. Our work on the issue in the media, parliament, and ontheground at job agencies has resulted in four job service providers, including the largest provider, being placed under Program Assurance by the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations
