1) Ontheground: The charity provided funds to assist practical conservation efforts in caves and karst landscapes. This included delicate underground areas in the Nullarbor and in Tasmania. 2) Research: The charity provided matching funds for Australian Research Council Linkage projects. This included projects underway on the effects of pathogenic fungus on native bat species, basic research into cave cricket species in southern Australia, cave invertebrate (spider) species in the caves of the Nullarbor, and EPBC project research into the endangered Ghost Bat in northern Australia. 3) Conservation: the charity received donations and allocated spending to the Nullarbor karst project, which aims to protect the region from threatening development proposals.
