Australian Farm Animal Rescue Matters Limited

AFARM has rescued and cared for 147 animals in the last financial year. These include cattle, horses, pigs, sheep, goats, and dogs, plus a variety of abandoned fowl. We have taken animals from other rescue groups unable to fund or facilitate their care; from elderly people who have gone into hospital or have had loved ones pass away, and are not equipped to continue care; from domestic violence victims having to flee their hobby farms and cannot take pets or livestock with them; from council pounds; and from RSPCA, where we help in seizure and recovery of animals, including very large herds and types, and then care for and adopt these animals. We give these animals a permanent retirement home, with the best Vet care, feed, grooming, exercise, and positive human interaction, at no cost to the community.
