· We have been undertaking a major update of our book entitled Mussoorie: Beyond the Mall . This has been necessary because of major construction work of reads in the region. This has meant that some of the tracks are no longer passable. Readers have also requested that add more short walks. This process was initiated in the prior financial year, and will likely take another 18 months. · The training resources that we developed for health workers for use in Nigeria is being tested. These training resources are aimed at teaching health workers about chronic diseases. They include pictorial materials that health workers can use to teach community members how to selfmanage their chronic diseases. There appears to be a need to update these for electronic devices, and we are engaging with partners about how best to do this within the resources of the community. · Our partners have received funding to test use of our training resources in Nepal. · We have actively sought networking and funding opportunities in Nigeria to achieve our charity s purposes. The process has expanded our network of advisers and collaborators, with the purpose of enhancing the evidence base for managing chronic diseases in disadvantaged and hardtoreach regions.
