Arrow Leadership is the Australian premier Christian provider of national, transdenominational leader development and training. We accomplish this through innovative programming which is highly personal, deeply relational, unequivocally intentional and ultimately, transformational. Arrow develops and shapes young, emerging and executive women and men to be Jesus centred leaders, enabling them to transform the context of their work / vocation through their ministry and mission. Established in 1995, Arrow Leadership has released over 800 emerging leaders through their leadership development programs. The programs focus on developing transformational leaders, who are capable of taking their given context and engaging their church community, organisation or school to bring renewal and transformation, so their community is stronger and more connected to the community it desires to reach and serve.
