Arc SIB Trust

The principal activities of the Trust are the development and issuance of the Arc Social Impact Bond. The capital raised funds the establishment and operation of the Arc Program, which will provide disadvantaged people leaving prison with at least three months of planning and rapportbuilding prior to release from prison, two years of innovative, intensive case management support postrelease and, crucially, access to stable housing.
