Providing emergency advice for over 12,000 poisoned or suspected cases per year via access to the 1300 869 738 Helpline. The Helpline provides rapid, up to date, evidencebased, and independent animal poisoning advice. This ensures animals which require veterinary treatments receive it in a timely manner. The Helpline also provides poison prevention campaigns through social media channels and monitor poisoning trends on a national level.
