Anglicare North Queensland Limited

Anglicare North Queensland Limited (ANQL) s purpose is to empower individuals, couples and families to live full and active lives, with equity for all and provide opportunities for people in need in our community to reach fullness in life in response to Christian faith. ANQL achieves this across the Anglican Diocese of North Queensland by delivering many services. One service area engages volunteers; the community outreach service area based in Cairns commenced operations in October 2012 and operates a lowcost clothing shop and a lowcost food shop that provides Emergency Relief food assistance and meals to several outreach programs across Cairns. ANQL delivers statefunded services under the portfolios of child protection, education and training, homelessness, public intoxication and community support across North and Far North Queensland.
