There were no major changes to the charity s activities through out the Financial Year. The charity youth training and development program continues Mondays & Tuesdays weekly at the Collaroy Training Facility. The provision of the facility had been donated to the charity for instruction time and course development. The program is based around providing instruction in Kendo (Japanese Martial Arts) incorporating moral principles of being just and fair in one s dealings, having bravery or courage to overcome difficulties, to demonstrate kindness and caring to others, to behave to others politely, to demonstrate honesty and sincerity in one s day to day life, to maintain honour by demonstrating superior character and selfcontrol and maintaining loyalty to one s responsivities even in the face of difficulty. There is no charge for this course to the youth participating in it. All youth on the Northern Beaches of Sydney and around Sydney Metropolitan Areas with difficulties identified previously are welcome to enrol and participate in the AMANARK s Kendo training programme for free.
