Alzheimer's Association of Queensland works with our clients to pursue pleasurable, active and independent lives with the help of our Multi Service Centres. The Multi Service Centres provide a restorative and wellness approach to support older people stay engaged within their community. Our residential services aim to optimise health and provide high quality care for older people, people approaching frailty and people with dementia. We are passionate about creating homes where older people feel in control, as well as, valued, connected and independent. We provide statewide support, education, information and direct care services to people diagnosed with dementia and their carers.
