The Altona Meadows Community Centre provides quality of life through contributing to the social, physical, economic, educational and wellbeing of our community including Disability support programs, Seniors Clubs, Youth groups, CALD, Mens groups, Ladies fellowship, Child Care, Supported Playgroups, Community Cafe, Community Garden & Environment programs, Food Bank, preschool & children s activities, Recreational, Health & Wellbeing, and other activities throughout the year.
