We bring people together for social support, to learn new skills, and to improve health and wellbeing. We create a welcoming, inclusive and resilient community in which all individuals have equitable access to support, practical assistance, information, and a sense of belonging. This year we made good progress towards our strategic objectives of People, Place, Program and Prosperity. We did this through and inclusive offering of activities, events, and workshops; empowering a resilient community through social connection and a variety of supports and services.
