All Community Care continued to support individuals with disabilities by delivering tailored services that promote independence, inclusion, and wellbeing. We expanded our support worker network, allowing us to meet growing client needs across Western Australia. Our work aligned closely with our mission to provide compassionate, respectful, and personcentred care. Supporting over 40 NDIS participants with daily activities, community engagement, and capacitybuilding. Launching new internal training to improve quality of care and ensure our values were reflected in all client interactions.
