Following our strategic plan has assisted us to work towards achieving our mission of reducing the risk of current homelessness & or risk of homelessness for families in the Blacktown & Cumberland LGA s. Minimising the mental & emotional impacts on women and children, by providing necessary resources to achieve their goals Advocacy respect collaboration and empowerment are key elements to ensure best outcomes for clients, therefore we continue the following: Building partnerships & networking Staff training Delivering programs and workshops Capacity building resources and tools Access to housing options Access to mental health services Meeting key performance indicators Expanding media platforms, raising awareness of our service Networking, partnerships withing housing providers to gain access to housing options, transitional crisis and long term Continually fostering relationships with Mental health services Identify appropriate locations, & continue establishing partnerships to expand outreach & improve accessibility Promote inclusive environment and facilitating equal access to a wide array of communities.
