About Albany Community Care Centre (WA) Inc
The Assocation was established in 1987 with the purpose to provide services to their Aged, Frail and Disabled clients in the Great Southern Region to allow them to live independently in their own homes. ACC employs approximately 100 employees and volunteers that provide services including but not limited to; domestic assistance, home and garden maintenance, transport, social support, carer respite, medication administration, and nursing. The services provided are largely funded through programs such as the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), Home Care Packages (HCP), Home and Community Care Program Transition (COSHACC), and through subcontracted/brokerage services provided to other home care organisations.
