The company s object is to pursue the following charitable purpose(s): (a) Advancing social and public welfare of individuals by raising awareness among the general public towards those suffering from water shortage, hunger, poverty and lack of access to education, as well as providing relief against poverty, ensuring access to basic needs (including but not limited to food, shelter, sanitation, education and health), providing microfinance to those who need it and the protection of persons. (b) Advancing education by providing financial assistance to individuals who are suffering financial hardship, allowing them to pursue or continue their education. (c) In particular and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the company may: i. Provide financial assistance and voluntary services to needy people whether a citizen of or residing in Australia or not, irrespective of country of origin, skin colour, race or faith; ii. Establish and assist with the formation and support of schools or other institutions to provide education; iii. Assist with the financial support of individuals in the pursuit of education; iv. Amalgamate or affiliate with any other charitable organisation, whether incorporated or not, in order to facilitate the achievement of its objects; v. Purchase, take on lease or in exchange, hire or otherwise acquire any real or personal property and any rights or privileges; vi. From time to time to make donations to such persons or charitable organisations as the company may think directly or indirectly conducive to any of its objects or otherwise expedient; vii. Do all such things are deemed to be conducive to furthering the welfare of the community and the world at large; and viii. Do all such other lawful things as are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects or any of them.
