The charity's mission is to alleviate poverty and promote social justice, by providing access to education, healthcare, and economic opportunities to the poor and marginalized communities in Pakistan. Funds are raised with the aim to support the organisation and to help meet its goals and purpose. Activities such as meet and greet, fund raising and awareness events are carried out to spread the message of Akhuwat and to make people aware of the charity's mission. A portion of those funds are sent to Akhuwat Pakistan, so those could be utilized within projects and activities that aim to support the impoverished communities of Pakistan. Some of those programs are: interest free loans, micro entrepreneurship, literacy programs, among other.
