In 2024, we provided youth between the ages of 1830 opportunities to learn soft skills and spaces to connect with external organizations to develop their leadership skills, expand their network and increase their employability in the future. We continued to grow our flagship program which enables youth to volunteer overseas and participate in 68 week exchanges in order to develop leadership skills, and crosscultural understanding and help out the communities in other countries. We have also facilitated participants from overseas to come to Australia and experience a cultural exchange while working in the aged care industry to learn more about Australia and contribute to making a positive impact on our communities.
