Aged Rights Advocacy Service (S.A) Incorporated

ARAS provides free and independent advocacy services across SA, to assist older people (and/ or their representatives) to uphold their human rights where disputes a rise, who are living in a n aged care facility, receiving aged care funding assistance, or are experiencing or have experienced elder abuse. This done by either direct advocacy or education and support in self advocacy. ARAS also provides education training sessions to community groups, aged care staff, medical, law and other professional groups on identifying, preventing and reporting elder abuse.
