During the 2024 reporting period, our organisation delivered a structured series of sewing sessions, group therapy activities, and youth capacitybuilding initiatives aimed at improving the confidence, wellbeing, and social participation of migrant and refugee communities. The sewing sessions provided participants particularly women with practical skills while creating a supportive and social environment that encouraged connection and engagement. Alongside this, group therapy sessions offered a safe space for participants to share experiences, build emotional resilience, and support one another. In addition, youth capacitybuilding activities were delivered to equip young people with essential life skills, confidence, and a stronger sense of direction. These sessions focused on personal development, leadership, and community engagement. Through these programs, participants demonstrated increased confidence, improved emotional wellbeing, and stronger social connections. The activities directly contributed to our organisation s mission by empowering individuals with practical skills, emotional support, and personal development opportunities, enabling them to engage more actively in their communities.
