Our mission is to explore and communicate knowledge that addresses the universal human need to make sense of the world. We publish two free digital magazines: Aeon (aeon.co) which features longform essays and videos from leading thinkers on science, philosophy, society and the arts; and Psyche (psyche.co) which focuses on the 'human condition' with shorter articles and videos on psychological knowhow, philosophical understanding and artistic insight. We also present the Sophia Club (sophiaclub.co), a regular series of conversation, philosophy and arts live events. One of our key aims is to freely and democratically share knowledge which is deeply researched and reliable. Over 1.5 million people read our online magazines for free each month.
