Aeon Arts LTD

The Company's object is to pursue the following charitable purposes: (a) to promote, foster, strengthen and develop the visual and dramatic arts, crafts, and related fields of culture, design and performance in Australia, by facilitating inclusive community handson participation in the arts for people of all ages from early childhood to youth and adulthood; (b) to encourage excellence in visual and dramatic arts, crafts, and related fields of culture, design and performance in Australia; (c) to encourage and facilitate education in visual and dramatic arts, crafts, and related fields of culture, design and performance in Australia for people of all ages from early childhood to youth and adulthood; (d) to cooperate with other organisations in the furtherance of these objects; (e) to establish and maintain a Public Fund to be called the Aeon Arts Fund (the Fund) for the specific purpose of supporting the cultural objects and purposes of the Company; and (f) any other objects which are: (i) consistent with the objects; and (ii) approved by the Company from time to time.
