Adamsupport Incorporated

We provided support for people with disabilities who live in South Gippsland and Melbourne areas. These supports included assistance in daily living at home and when out in their communities, and consisted of Support Workers and Registered Nurses, including physical equipment needed for social, community involvement, inclusion and safety. Advocacy and support were also provided for people with disabilities and their families to navigate the NDIS and with personal individual NDIS preplanning. This empowered them prior to their NDIS planning sessions and enabled them to be ready and prepared.
