Academy of the Social Sciences in Australia Ltd

During the reporting period the Academy has continued to celebrate excellence in the social sciences through the election of eminent Fellows and through its awards for excellence to early and midcareer researchers; to provide expert advice and information to governments on research and social policy issues through submissions, roundtables and other fora; and to promote awareness and understanding of the social sciences through its communication, outreach and new school engagement activities. The Academy has also continued to promote equity and diversity in the social sciences through its Innovate Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan and other activities, and to foster international social science collaboration and exchange through its bilateral grant programs and membership of international bodies.
