1) Creating an interagency alliance exclusively for the Shire of East Pilbara (SoEP). 2) A steady reduction in the occurrences of FV. 3) An immediate reduction in the impact of FV abuse and AOD misuse within Parnpajinya and a steady decrease in other local Aboriginal Communities. 4) A steady reduction in the FV and AODfuelled crime statistics. 5) Introduction of a new microbusiness hub on Parnpajinya for women and older people. 6) Employment opportunities for our male participants. 7) Expansion of existing FV community programs and implementation of new FV programs. 8) Delivery of fitforpurpose infrastructure for community FV, AOD service providers, and community members. 9) Establish a Community Information and Referral Centre, incorporating a Volunteer Hub. 10) Increase Indigenous male engagement in community services.
