The Company is established to be a charity whose purposes are to advance culture, promote reconciliation, mutual respect and tolerance of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and other purposes beneficial to the general public; including: (1) advancing, valuing and strengthening Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and (2) improving Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians' levels of skills, training and employment: by (3) operating an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander performing arts training institution to provide highquality training in the performance disciplines of dance, music and theatre.
