Ability Care delivers services to a wide range of beneficiaries with a disability across SouthEast Queensland. Our purpose is to provide responsive and flexible support and advocacy that enhances the quality of life and independence of adults and children with a disability, and their carers. Services provided cover a broad range of supports including individual and groupbased supported living, social and community connection supports, shortterm holiday and respite care, and nonfamily based care for children with a disability. Supports are provided in response to assessed need and are aimed at increasing an individual s independence, and their connection and participation within their local community.
