AQA resources people whose world has been disrupted by injury, illness and other events to find their way to participate in all aspects of life and contribute. Our services and programs resource people to meet challenges and to live well. We deliver home and community supports to assist people with the practical aspects of complex physical disability, Support Coordination and Planning supports, Allied Health services, Peer Mentoring, Coaching and Personal Development focused on building capacity and resilience in areas of life such as Employment and Health & Wellbeing. We respond to the information and referral needs of our community with resources drawn from our community's lived experience of other services, programs, schemes and practical solutions. We partner with our community to create community networks and connections where people share experiences, provide encouragement and motivation that contribute to people living well.
