Provides support for cultural programs for the A.M.Y. people, including provision of land for events and social activities. Provides support in higher education and employment, including training and mentoring of Indigenous people within mining, administration and environmental rehabilitation industries. An Aboriginal Liaison Officer has been contracted to assist programs for the local community including the management of 6 indigenous people on community held land , including rehabilitation and revegetation works. An Executive Administration Officer has also been contracted to assist with the administration relating to the Social Program ( funds held in related entity ), providing charitable funds for relief of poverty , misfortune, destitution, disadvantage, distress, dispossession and suffering. The programs include health and medical, carers assistance, serious family illness and emergency, funeral program, Elders funding program, headstones, emergency hardship, historical hardship, cultural and heritage, sporting program, scholarship program, education program, youth support services program, business development and opportunity program. The A.M.Y Nominees Charitable Trust provides administration support towards these programs
